The best way to check out Action Ski & Snowboard Club is to attend one of our General Meetings on the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Arterra in Del Mar.  The General Meeting is more of a Happy Hour, where you’ll find an opportunity to connect with Action leaders and members.  Popular story sharing includes recent experiences in the great outdoors, which may include skiing and snowboarding trips and other activities.

Action Ski & Snowboard club is led by a dozen volunteer board members and friends, who share their passion for the great outdoors, while having fun.  We are always looking for new members’ leaders that can help us shape future fun events that keep our members engaged during all four seasons.

Other than leading 6 ski trips during a ski season,we offer hiking and camping outings, and special events including a Bluesapaloza Beer Fest, an annual sushi cruise in the bay to watch the Parade of Lights, and a member appreciation party (at the end of the membership year).  Check
out our full events calendar at: https://actionski.org

Yes, we have a common theme that all our events are tied to Happy Hours, which is where Actioneers congregate and share their Happy Stories.  There’s never a dull moment at Action, as we do our best to include “Fun” in every event.

    Direct Membership in the SDCSC

If you are interested in participating in an event sponsored by the San Diego Ski Council, and you're primary residence is outside of San Diego, you will need to "join" the SDCSC as a "Direct Member" by downloading, filling out, and emailing in the SDCSC Application for Direct Membership form to the Council  Secretary.  The secretary will get back to you on where to send your membership fee ($20).  If you are a resident of San Diego, and wish to participate in a SDCSC event, consider joining one of the many clubs (Torrey Pines right now is the least expensive club to join at $20/yr).
